THE PARTIAL LOSS OF ENGINE POWER FROM FAILURE OF THE NO 5 PISTON, AND THE SOFT TERRAIN AT THE FORCED LDG SITE, RESULTING IN COLLAPSE OF THE NOSE LANDING GEAR.
