A PILOT THAT TAXIED ON THE SAME TAXIWAY THE NIGHT PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT, IN A HIGH WING AIRPLANE, TOLD THE FAA THAT THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN BOTH SNOW BANKS, '...WOULD BE TIGHT FOR A LOW WING AIRCRAFT.'
