SUBSEQUENT EXAMINATION REVEALED THAT THE LEFT FUEL SELECTOR LEVER WAS NOT PROPERLY REPLACED AND THE TANK TO WHICH IT WAS SELECTED DID NOT CONTAIN SUFFICIENT FUEL TO COMPLETE THE PROPOSED FLIGHT.
