THE PLT ALLOWED THE ACFT TO GET TOO LOW ON THE VFR FINAL APCH. HE ADDED PWR AND STATED A GUST OF WIND TIPPED THE ACFT TOTHE LEFT. WHEN HE CORRECTED FOR THIS THE ACFT'S NOSE DROPPED AND THE NOSE SHEEL CONTACTED THE GROUND AND SEPARATED. THE ACFT THEN NOSED OVER INTO AN INVERTED ATTITUDE AND CAME TO A STOP.
