IN EXTREMELY GUSTY WEATHER, THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE GROUND FIRST, WENT VERTICAL ABOUT 10 OR 15 FEET THEN LOST LIFT AND DROPPED TO GROUND HARD, LANDING ON LEFT SIDE. TURNED OVER ON LEFT SIDE.
