THE ATC SPECIALIST IN THE TOWER SAID 'THE ACFT APPEARED TO DIVE TOWARD THE RWY' AND 'TO HIT VERY HARD.' AFTER THE TOUCHDOWN THE ACFT VEERED LEFT AND HIT THE LIGHTS.
