THE PILOT MADE HIS INITIAL APPROACH TO RUNWAY 07 AT MASON COUNTY AIRPORT. THE APPROACH SEEMED HIGH TO THE PILOT, SO HE EXECUTED A GO-AROUND AND DECIDED TO LAND ON RUNWAY 25. DURING THE SECOND APPROACH, HE EXTENDED THE FLAPS, BUT NOT THELANDING GEAR. WHEN THE PILOT HEARD THE PROPELLER HITTING THE RUNWAY, HE APPLIED FULL POWER TO GO AROUND. HE REPORTED THAT AFTER HE LIFTED OUT OF GROUND EFFECT, THE WING STALLED. THE AIRCRAFT CRASHED ON A PARKING RAMP, LOCATED TO THE LEFT OF RUNWAY 25. IT HIT A MOWER AND SEVERAL AIRCRAFT AND BURNED. CESSNA 172RG, N6482V WAS DEMOLISHED. AMERICAN AA-1B, N8880L; PIPER PA-28, N9313K; PIPER PA-24, N8938P AND THE MOWER WERE DAMAGED. THE DENSITY ALTITUDE WAS ABOUT 3500 FT.
