On November 8, 2003, about 1530 eastern standard time, a Cessna 172K, N78203, was substantially damaged while landing at a private airstrip in Kilbourne, Ohio. The certificated private pilot was not injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed and no flight plan had been filed for the flight that departed the Port Columbus International Airport (CMH), Columbus, Ohio.
