The commercial pilot reported that she was in the airplane's right seat and was performing takeoffs and landings. The pilot stated that the airplane began skidding on the snow and weathervaning into the wind during the landing roll. The airplane subsequently went off the runway and into the snow, causing substantial damage to the airplane's right wing. The pilot reported that there were no mechanical malfunctions with the airplane during the accident flight.

Substantial damage occurred to ribs in the airplane's right wing. The pilot reported that there were no mechanical malfunctions with the airplane during the accident flight. The pilot's safety recommendation stated, "I believe that because of my lack of experience in flying right seat I was unable to correct for these unfavorable conditions. In order to prevent an occurrence like this from happening in the future, I will set my personal minimums to a higher standard and will have an instructor present until I am proficient in the right seat."
