BOEING 737
On 8 December 2012, at approximately 1326 UTC (2236 local time), a Boeing 737-800, registration JA57AN, operated by All Nippon Airways, overran the runway after landing at Shonai Airport (RJSY), Yamagata, Japan, and came to rest in the grass area past the end of the runway. There was no damage to the aircraft and no injuries. The incident is being investigated by the Japan Transport Safety Board (JTSB). The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative as the state of manufacture of the aircraft under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.
