The Civil Aviation Safety Investigative Authority of Austria has informed the NTSB of an accident involving a BeDe 5J, N53EJ, experimental, amateur-built airplane near Baumkirchen, Austria. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Austrian government under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer of the airplane. All investigative information will be released by the Austrian government.
