On May 22, 2013, about 0745 universal coordinated time, a Cessna A188B, Dominican Republic registration HI 912, operated by Agriasa, was substantially damaged during a forced landing following loss of engine power near La Cangrejeria, Dajabon, Dominican Republic. The pilot was not injured. The flight originated from Piloto, Valverde Mao, Dominican Republic. This investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of the Dominican Republic.
