On November 11, 2013, about 1455 universal coordinated time, a Bombardier CL-600-2B16, N54VS, was substantially damaged after a loss of control and runway excursion during landing at Oscar Machado Zuloaga International Airport (SVCS), Charallave, Venezuela. The pilot and copilot were uninjured. This investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of Venezuela.
