The Civil Aviation Authority of Ecuador has notified the NTSB of an accident involving an Ecuadorian Air Force Hal Dhruv helicopter, which occurred on January 27, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S Accredited Representative to assist. All investigative information will be released by the Government of Ecuador.
