The Swedish Accident Investigation Authority has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a BAE Systems (Operations) Limited Avro 146-RJ100 which occurred on September 29, 2016. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Swedish Accident Investigation Authority under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of airplane components. All investigative information will be released by the Swedish Accident Investigation Authority.
