I-SCAP
CESSNA 182
On September 3, 2017 about 1030 universal coordinated time, a Cessna 182P, I-SCAP, impacted terrain during initial climb after takeoff, from Pegaso Club 2000 Airfield, Pontinia, Italy. The airplane was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire. Five occupants were on board the airplane (A pilot and four skydivers). Two of the occupants were fatally injured, one was seriously injured, and two received minor injuries. This accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of Agenzia Nazionale per la Sicurezza del Volo.
