On June 25, 2019, about 1335 local time, a Bell 206L-3 helicopter, registered D-HOTT, and an Aeroprakt A22L airplane registered EC-GU1, collided in mid-air, near Inca, Mallorca, Spain. The pilot and four passengers aboard the helicopter and the two people on the airplane, received fatal injuries and both aircraft were destroyed. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the government of Spain.
